I was browsing through some Christmas decoration Facebook groups and realized that there are so many Etsy sellers creating unique Xmas decorations and ornaments. I decided to feature some of these creative sellers on my blog.
Thankfully, these people are lovely to work with and very open to promoting their products. I hope this will be the start of many fantastic product feature posts where I can show my blog visitors amazing handmade products.
For my first Etsy product feature, I’ve decided to showcase Olga from AccesoriosDeOlga, who creates high-quality Christmas, decorative and fashion ornaments. I asked her to do a quick write up about her store and products so that customers can get to know her more.
I just had to show you some of her products, even before she tells you more about herself.
Take a look at this Christmas themed embroidery pillow. A few of these cushions would help turn any boring home into a holiday season wonderland. Can you imagine the time that goes into creating one of these?
This is what Olga from AccesoriosDeOlga had to say about her shop
Hi! I’m Olga Nazarova, a designer on Etsy. One of my favorite types of products to create is Christmas decorations. Christmas is a special celebration, and we all wait for it with patience every year, full of expectancy and with a lot of delight.
Because of this, when I create decorations for this time of the year, I take a lot of care and time in doing so. In my work, I use mostly natural materials and various embroidery techniques.
My work is very different, and never the same which makes it unique and one of a kind.
Christmas is a festive time and decorations play a big part, especially on your Xmas tree. My ornaments are unique and made with the goal of even later becoming a family relic, passed on from generation to generation.
Spain, where I live, is a very sunny place and full of inspiration, so my decorations for your Christmas tree are full of sun and sea.
As you can see, Olga spares no expense and time creating these beautiful decorative embroidered Christmas ornaments. The ones shown below are made mostly from linen, satin, cotton – entirely handmade.
For embroidery materials, she uses satin ribbons, beads, and mouliné. These material covered balls as shown below are a great alternative to bland baubles used on Xmas trees.
One of my favorite decorative items from Olga’s catalog, yet again a great alternative to traditional tree decorations, are these tree shaped material hanging Christmas items. As with any of Olga’s other products, the detail and quality of embroidery work are top class.
